oh I had more to say

This week we had a rough one, the boyzies came home all spazzy from their dads' and I have no idea what goes on there. Lets say my guess is minimal attention - because I catch hell from someboy regularly because "you act like you're the only one who wants to spend time with us" - well Dude! So I asked him, "How am I supposed to act?" I just wanted to get on my knees in melodramatic blah blah blah and say "I'm your mothhhhhhheeeerrrr." But no. It is too snowy out there.

There was also an at-school drawing of questionable taste incident (yet very well drawn I must say!) which got us called. I was in class when they called so I heard about it after I re-called. Gotta love caller ID.
"Your boy drew a drawing of questionable taste, and nobody can get it out of him why he drew it."

Interesting.
So then I called their dad and got voicemail.
Again.
Redial.
And Again.
I will call you till you pick up!
So finally he answered, and I was all like, um, dude! They should not have unlimited unsupervised access to cable TV. It's called a V chip. Look on your menu option.
Then hee was like, "I'm perfect, get off my back"
and I was like dude?
and he was like "Did you not hear I'm perfect, I'm tired of being raked over the coals!"
and I was like dude, seriously?

It didn't go exactly like that. That was the abbreviated version. If I was raking him over the coals he would have hung up on me three times at least.

I had a chat with the fella 'bout why he drew that picture and got the low down. Allegedly some kid called him a pimple face wart butt at lunch. So he drew a picture of that kid licking a random buttocks cheek. Yellow blond hair and bulgy blue eyes. With a red loop-de-loop tongue. The buttocks was just a gigantic number 3 for all practical purposes. The kid could have been licking the number 3. With a red loop-de-loop tongue. Evidently drawing this type of thing gets a call from the assistant principal. I have to say, knowing what I know now, I think it was admirable that he didn't pound the kid... drawing a picture is so much less violent. Yet disturbing. I asked him whose buttocks they were and he said it was non-specific buttocks. So I felt a little better.

I don't know.

So bizarro world came to me this week.
