ouch

During the first mall walking expedition the left foot bones began to protest so yesterday I took aleve and rested. Well actually we went to J's friend Fred's house and hung out. I enjoyed some doggie time. Fred has a white siberian husky named Smoky. Very sweet doggie. I taught him to sit using a crumbled up cupcake.

We stayed out too late and drank some beer. Ate chips and cheese dip. A good time was had by all. Then this morning K. called urging me to get up and think of the next 10 lbs goal. Ugh. I'm not hungover. I'm just tired, so I woke up and began to make my way to the mall. W, K & I walked. I think I walked for 2 hours. I got there at 9:30 and I'm pretty sure we didn't stop till noon. The mall has a hard floor and I don't like walking there. It is fun to see all the cute spring clothes though. But now the bones in my left foot feel like they're all smooshed out of place. Very annoying.
