Day 2

Men's Health says my diet is bad. Okay so I had chicken for breakfast. It should be fine right? I mean honestly, what is the difference between my usual not-as-healthy-as-it-should-be diet and 6 days of restrictive diet followed by veggies + protein? Hmmmm. They say it doesn't build long time habits. Um. Well. I was on Weight Watchers in 6th grade. Define long term habits? Sigh.
