I stopped by Dollar Tree to get the 30 canvases for my class. These are not great canvases but they will do for my purposes. 30 paintings hanging up, no matter what, is going to make an impressive statement for my 1 hr. class, and it only cost $30.

My creativity seems like it is down under the surface of everything else, the underground stream. At night I have scanned some cute things from some 20's & 40's magazines. I have some really old books I picked up, and an atlas. I want to use maps in my little canvases for class. I started yet another blog but it is specifically for the class, as a technology aspect. I can use it for experience using blogging in the classroom, even though for painting I don't have a classroom. Perhaps not having a classroom makes the blogging even more effective.
