The beak!Last night we went for sushi, which we were going to go get about two months ago and that night we decided we didn't want to wait for a table. If there isn't a table open it's just a lost cause. But last night we had our choice of tables and had a delightful time. Then we went to Kohls to buy a wedding gift for some friends. I was excited, who isn't into sushi and shopping? Kohl's totally couldn't find the wine rack on the registry, the girl looked, we looked, the manager looked. John wanted it for himself! Bummer. So we had already found the sheets & we got that and some Jelly Bellies that were 30% off.
This morning he got up way too early to go for part of the bachelor party, which is reported to include golfing and a scavenger hunt. And just called to tell me where he put my keys (Kohl's bag!) last night. I guess they're out golfing and jumping the golf carts over hills and stuff.
I Want more sushi!!! Right now. OMG the spicy tuna rolls are the best thing on the planet. We got two spicy tuna rolls, a california roll, shrimp & veggie tempura and whatever that yummy skewered chicken is called. The sauce on the cabbage was delish. Yes I get very excited about the sushi bar.
Boy is it cold here today! Geesh.
Tomorrow I'm going to get the kids. So I should go buy some milk & stuff. But ugh. I hate the grocery store lately. Julia Childs is talking to some nerdy guy about sourdough. He kneads like he's wedging clay.
Seriously I just found a big pink crochet penis pattern on Etsy. Complete with testicles. Or you could buy the finished product. 10" or 8" I can't quite believe it. She also has a boobie, rubber chickens, oh and seems to be obsessed with sock monkies. Go figure.
