he did good, and it's complicated

He did wonderfully. He is amazing. Excuse me while I tear up about how incredibly amazingly astonishing my son is.
Like, he could kick all our collective asses, but he wouldn't, because he's just that good.

He would be like, really? and sit down and have a nice cold one. No matter how we all, collectively, tried to be all up in his business.

I am kidding.

But he is rather mellow.

It's complicated because while he is incredible and, no lie, did 8,000 punches (1000 of each kind) and a zillion crunches, and he can do push ups on 3 fingers, 5 fingers, rocking push ups, and another kind, 100 of each, to the point where I'm about to cry watching him... and he's just doing it.

Yes Aint B. You are correct, ma'am. It was Voldemort. He told us the wrong time. No, wait, the wrong date. I do in fact have Voldemort's dad on tape declaiming any responsibility for the way it went down. But. Well. Wouldn't wanna be a good example or whatnot. Actually Mr. C. made the video of whats-his-name being all, "not me, wuddn't me, uh, someone else was it..." and when Mr. C. turns the camera on him, you can hear Mr. C. in the background saying "Who needs a nap? Who needs a nap?" LOL

So. Anyway, that boy was incredible and unprepared and still awesome, and we sorta figure he's young, he needs to get a little maturity and at least the first half of freshman year under his belt before he starts training to teach. Right? He's only a kid.

Sam reminded me night before last that he wants to start Karate - I guess that's what we'll be doing this fall... I hope he sticks with is like his big cousin!
