here I am at 39 and a half

I look okay. I cut my own bangs the other day. I like the way my nose seems to slope to the side there. I wonder if makeup could disguise that? I am pretty sure I was wearing some lipstick too.

Today was a fairly nice day considering it was hot-ish yesterday. I have this air conditioner problem so I needed to get the melty siding fixed. What does siding have to do with the AC you ask? Well, the other day somebody turned my grill on for me because we were going to grill some stuff. He showed up at the apartment after doing whatever and said "I turned on the grill, it's heating up." So then we talked and got some stuff ready to cook. Then he went downstairs and grilled and came upstairs like nothing was ever the matter. I wouldn't have known if I hadn't gone down there to look for a boy or something. Yeah so one of the keys to grilling at an apartment is always pull the grill far far into the middle of the deck so nothing gets melted, and if there's a fire, of course, you can push the grill off the end of the deck or something instead of letting the building flame up. You'd think a fireman would think that through. I guess he was distracted. I think it was the day we made an offer on a house. I can't help but laugh, I lived here 8 years with out any major catastrophe (caused by me personally), and the day we decide to go somewhere else the fireman melts the siding on the house. Anyway, since today he and a friend patched up that spot with some siding I found in the attic of the garage, I am now able to call the landlord and ask him to have the AC unit looked at. I think the compressor in the outdoor unit is in need of some work, because it keeps throwing the circuit breaker thingy. This is starting to become a more and more frequent problem. Lucky for me today was cool-ish because yesterday tried my patience to the very edge of the limit, to the point that I taught one of my children how to do the clicky circuit re-set down there because he's less creeped out by the smell and the spiders and the basement people's laundry thrown all over the place down there. Yes the circuit boxes are in the basement in the same room as the other tenant's laundry facilities. My laundry is in the kitchen and bathroom respectively. Theirs is in the room with the hot water heaters and circuit breakers and spider hatchery.

Johnnie and I put together this puzzle. We work pretty well together I think.
Speaking of Johnnie he has a boy out with him this evening and it is now after 11 PM. There's another boy out too, who knows where, but he pretty much can take care of himself, he's a ManBoy. The little one is sprawled out beside me here on the couch, fast asleep. Keeping me company.

He's so sweet, especially when he's asleep. Other times he's a terror. I just loves this little one.
