new challenge

Ok the new challenge is 3 miles for 10 days. I haven't exercised in forever, but the new Leslie Sansone video I bought a month or so ago, Walk Slim 35 minute/3 mile walk flew by and was probably my favorite video so far. I was only planning to do one mile because I was so sick for so long I figured it would be hard, but evidently my lungs are back to at least 97% ... I was breathing harder than usual but not distressed. My pulse came right down to 84 at the cool down and I'm down to 74 right now. My usual resting is in the 60s I think, but I'm using this watch that counts for me so I might have a new average, you know, go with whatever consistent average you get? Well, I click it and count ten pulse beats and click it again and it tells me where I am. Which is up still at 1 AM with a bowl of air popped popcorn and a glass of Chardonnay, after finally remembering to make the turkey brine because if I don't cook this "stupid ham" as Mr. C. called it, we just won't be eating the poor thing and it will have died in vain.
