Eyeballs, wing parts, and a stuffed owl body. 
And to the right, that poor octopus I mentioned the other day... small and devoid of personality!
The fabric ( the edges join together to become the shape ) & the parts. The tiny triangular part you can see pointing at the kiddy at the top becomes the side, the bottom is the large rectangle of green with the yellow stripe, the red grey and white striped part is the back and the grey/white stripe is the front.
