heavily embellished frozen pizza

this week I did some stuff...

lets see, just now I took two frozen pizzas out of the freezer, added some olives, extra chunks of pepperjack cheese, pepperoni, hot yellow pepper rings, and called it snack time.
I have an extra boy staying with Mr. C. tonight which I always enjoy, except my middle boy is sort of getting left out. So we are camping out under the twinkle of the breakfast nook TV with a bunch of pillows and blankies & watching Iowa public TV while those other boys do other stuff.

Earlier I rushed Mr. C. to a friend's, rushed back home for the DARE tee-shirt, which was the ticket to the DARE swim party, and rushed it back to the friend's (same friend who is here tonight)

Before that was the last day of school and I went to lunch with the 5th grade and then the award ceremony. Mr. C. got an award for attendance and also for alway challenging himself to do better.

Yesterday was the 5th grade farewell, we went on the bus, and saw The Croods, which I sort of enjoyed, except for the first part. Then we went to eat at Golden Corral, which most children took advantage of by taking entire bowls of gummy bears from the dessert bar. I made some wonderful salads at the salad bar, spinach, bleu cheese, fajita steak strips, bell pepper, onion, guacamole, salsa, and tiny mini sliders. Yum. There was other stuff on the salad too but I forget what all I had on it. Oh tomatoes. After that, we went to Rollerama.

Here he is at Rollerama in 2010:
I wish I had taken another picture of this:

...but all I had was my cell phone yesterday.

I got this one:
I think he grew a little bit.

Okay here's the deal, take a random frozen pizza, I had "Classics" which could be just about anything, and it was supreme (cardboard) flavor. Add shredded Kraft cheese with Philadelphia shreds, recipe size real bacon pieces (Oscar Mayer) hot yellow pepper rings, sliced Greek kalamata olives, and take several (okay double that, whatever several is, double it) pre-cubed cubes of pepper jack and break them up over the pizza too... then cook it and be happy you didn't settle for cardboard pizza.
