Right now I still think in lists. Lists of
papers to get signed
items to scan and e-mail
things to purchase and ship to iraq
trips to the post office, grocery store
grocery lists
most of my energy goes into working and school and oh sometimes I spend some time with those boys. For example we went to the art center on Saturday and saw a show. I loved it, the paintings were huge and rich and made me think. Little Mr. C. loved the large cement open space in which to toss spin and kick a quarter around. Until the docent growled at him. L. was very helpful, I had him read the tags that went with the great big paintings. My adorable oldest son was very interesting to watch. We "bought" (by emptying out all the change in my purse thingy into the donations box) a catalog for the show. He walked around looking at the things. I walked around looking at him.
My youngest most darling Mr. C. sings "feelin fly like a cheese stick" to the tune of G-6. What is a G-6?
I have a bunch of lesson plans, a book list, some reflecting to do, so I think I need to go. Oh and a psychology test on Friday.
I keep telling myself it's okay if I end up with a B in a class this semester.

Omigosh! I just wrote about how I sing "Cheesestick" to that song too!!! I had a post this week on that song--it is a fast car or airplane. Stupid song. Hate it. But it IS fun to sing "cheesestick"!!! LOVE your kid.
