nacho cheese

The house owners didn't want to sell us the house for what we think it is worth. I think they did a LOT of work on it and therefore are expecting to make up not only the value of the house but also the value of their labor. I'm basing this on the fact that for the past 4 years the house wasn't even assessed, just the land for what I can tell, unless the realty site is wrong. I could look on the county site as well but I am not going to bother. We are looking at 6 other houses tomorrow.
